1. Who we are

The superflori.com website and the Superflori X platform are run by SLIK INFORMATICA S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (tax code 16096584, Trade Register no. J39/74/2004, Focșani). We are your technology partner, and we treat your business data with the same care we give our own code.

2. What data we collect and why

We collect only the data we need to run your shop properly and help you sell more:

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and the name of your flower shop. We use these to keep in touch with you and to set up your website.
  • Billing details: your company details (registration and VAT number, registered office). We need these to invoice your Superflori X subscription.
  • Access details: when we move an existing website across, we use the logins you give us, and only for as long as that takes. They are deleted as soon as the transfer is done.
  • Email updates: if you sign up for our updates, we keep your email address and use it to send you guides, selling tips (Google Ads, for example) and technical news.

3. Payment processing (Stripe)

Your card details never pass through our hands.

  • All card payments are processed directly by Stripe, one of the most secure payment processors in the world (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
  • We never see, ask for or store your card details. They go straight to Stripe, encrypted.

4. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the suppliers we need to run the service:

  • Stripe (payment processing).
  • Our accounting and e-invoicing provider (to meet our legal obligations).
  • Google Analytics (to see how this website is used).

5. Retention period

  • Accounting data is kept for as long as the law requires (5–10 years).
  • Your website content stays on our servers for as long as your subscription is active.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You stay in control of your data: the right of access, the right to have it corrected, the right to be forgotten (deletion of anything we are not legally obliged to keep) and the right to data portability. To make a request, just contact us.
