1. Provider details

Superflori X services are provided by SLIK INFORMATICA S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (tax code 16096584, Trade Register no. J39/74/2004), registered office at 12 Teiului Street, Focșani, Vrancea County. By paying for any subscription, you accept these terms.

2. Nature of the service (Bespoke SaaS)

Superflori X is a SaaS (Software as a Service) service, looked after by people rather than left to run itself, so that quality stays high.

  • What we provide: we build, host and maintain the website on our own infrastructure.
  • Ownership: the content you add belongs to you. The platform itself, the modules built for it and the source code belong to us. If the contract ends, your business data (customers, orders) can be exported, but the website itself cannot be moved to another provider’s servers.

3. Products

Superflori X provides the products below. Each one is a standalone product, with its own offer.

  • Superflori Pro (our main product): the online shop for flower shops that deliver in their own town and area. It is fully managed by us: we build it, host it, keep it up to date and add the products for you, with no limit on their number. You send the photos, set prices and stock, and receive the orders.
  • Superflori Studio: the website for floral ateliers that work to order, for weddings, christenings and events, with orders booked for a set date and scheduled delivery.
  • Superflori Depo: the online wholesale shop for suppliers of floral accessories, where flower shops place their orders themselves, with trade prices and stock on show.
  • Superflori App: custom software built around the way a flower business works (a shop, an atelier, a wholesaler, a school or a network), linked to its website and stock where needed.
  • Superflori Ultra: a custom website for flower brands that deliver nationwide through partner florists in the delivery cities, with the payment for each order split automatically according to the agreed rules.

Superflori Pro, Studio and Depo are provided as a subscription (SaaS), under the terms below. For Superflori App and Superflori Ultra, the scope, price, timelines and payment terms are set out in the written offer you accept; where that offer differs from these terms, the offer takes precedence. Google Ads campaign management is optional on any product, and the advertising budget is paid by you directly to Google.

4. Payment methods

We accept two ways to pay for the services:

  1. Card payment online (via Stripe): the method we recommend, because it activates the service straight away. The payment is recurring. By entering your card details, you authorise Stripe to charge the subscription at the interval you choose.
  2. Bank transfer: you pay against an invoice issued by us. The service is activated or extended once the money reaches our bank account. With this method it is up to you to pay on time, so the service is not suspended.

5. Satisfaction guarantee (30 days)

Every new customer gets a risk-free trial period:

  • Full refund: if within the first 30 days of your first payment (whichever way you paid) you decide the service is not for you, we refund the full amount.
  • How to ask for it: tell us on the phone number on the contact page. For card payments, the refund goes through Stripe (3–7 days). For bank transfers, we send the money back within 48 hours of your request.

6. Delivery and timelines

  • Launch: the website goes live within 3 days of your payment reaching us and the materials being sent over (logo, photos, contact details).
  • What we need from you: send us the details we ask for within 5 days of payment, open an account with the online payment provider of your choice, and set the prices on your products. Delays on these can push back the launch date.

7. Cancellation and termination of the service

  • Cancel anytime: the subscription can be cancelled at any time.
  • Online payments: cancelling the recurring payment from your Stripe account (link in the footer) stops future payments.
  • Bank transfer: if the renewal invoice is not paid, the website is suspended automatically when the current period ends.
  • Access after cancellation: the website stays online until the last day of the period already paid for.

8. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for maintaining and securing the website. We cannot be held liable for commercial losses caused by the temporary unavailability of third-party services we depend on ourselves (payment processor, domain registrar, hosting and so on).
